Each item is made-to-order with precision and care. Because of this process, all sales are final. Please review all product details and sizing information before placing your order.

3. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds.
Exceptions apply only if:

• Your order arrives damaged or defective, or

• There is a fulfillment error on our part.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. 

4. Shipping

• Production time: 5–7 business days

• Shipping time: 3–5 business days (may vary by location)

• All orders ship via USPS Priority or equivalent carrier
  We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Payments

We accept secure online payments through Shopify’s checkout system. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
